Conflict of Interest

My left nostril have a freaking pimple inside and it freaking hurts. And my right nostril is itching for a rub. If I were to rub my right nostril, my left nostril will be screaming in pain. And I can't ignore my roght nostril, as it feels like there is an ant running amok inside.

Sigh....

What would you do, hotshot?
